Good to know before you start
What does "unlimited revisions" cover?
On Standard and Premium, you can request as many changes as you need to the design, text, images, and layout of the pages and features in your package. Extra pages, new functionality, or a full redesign after you approve the design are quoted separately. The full policy is below.
What happens after the 30 days?
Revision requests are open for 30 days after your site goes live. After that, changes are covered by the Care Plan at $55 per month.
Do I own my website?
Yes. You receive your site files when the build is complete, whether or not you choose the Care Plan.
What do you need from me?
A completed questionnaire about your business, plus your logo and any photos you want on the site. If you do not have photos yet, tell us and we will work around it.
Do you only work with New York businesses?
No. We are based in Staten Island and build sites for businesses anywhere in the country. Everything can be handled by phone and email.
Full revision policy
Revisions. Client may request unlimited revisions to the design, text, images, and layout of the pages and features included in the purchased package. Revisions do not include: (a) additional pages or sections beyond the package; (b) new functionality, integrations, or third-party tools not listed in the package; (c) a full redesign after the initial design has been approved; or (d) work that Stassi Consulting Co. determines, in its reasonable judgment, is outside its technical capabilities or the scope of the package. Out-of-scope requests may be declined or offered at an additional quoted price. Revision requests must be submitted in writing and are available for 30 days after the site goes live, after which changes are covered by the Care Plan. The Starter package includes one round of revisions.

What is the one-time setup fee for?
Each plan has a one-time setup fee, charged once when you start. Monthly fees begin with your first month of content.
I am not comfortable on camera. Can this still work?
Yes. Your shot list tells you exactly what to capture, and a lot of strong content is your work, your space, and your product rather than you talking to the camera.
Which plan should I start with?
Most businesses start with a Growth plan: four videos a week across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. If you are testing the waters, Starter gives you two a week.
